If a student cancels their stay due to a visa refusal, a Service Fee will never the less be payable. Written evidence is required for the cancellation.
The cancellation fees are 50% if notification is received less than seven days prior to the student’s arrival.
Homestay Plus will make the refund to the student in up to four weeks after the approval of the request for refund.
The student will not be eligible for a refund if they fail to turn on the scheduled date or arrive on a different date without giving prior notice. There is no refund for homestay or airport pickup fees incurred after the scheduled arrival date.
The airport pick-up fee is not refundable when the student cannot locate the driver at the pick-up point arranged. In case the student do not find the driver at the airport, they should call our company’s emergency contact number and follow the Homestay Plus representative instructions, to link up with the driver.
